Meet your hosts...
Occupying a Victorian townhouse in the charming seaside resort of Portrush on the coast of Northern Ireland, Avarest House B&B Adults Only is owned and run by husband and wife team Sydney and Dawn Pollock.
For over 30 years they have been welcoming guests from around the world to this wonderful part of Northern Ireland. Plush, contemporary rooms have en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and tea and coffee making equipment with biscuits. Some have direct sea views.
They serve continental and full Irish breakfast and there’s also a cosy lounge with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. A microwave and laundry facilities are available for guest use.

Just a 2-minute walk from shops and restaurants, with modern seafood restaurants and tapas bars among the dining options nearby. Only is about 20 minutes’ drive from the unusual coastal landscape of the Giant’s Causeway World Heritage Site and about ten minutes from dramatic Dunluce Castle. Royal Portrush Golf Club is less than two miles away.
